How To Register Your Child for Ma’Nanto Academy
Follow our 5 easy steps to complete your child’s registration:

✓ Make a payment of registration and re-registration amount/fee- use name of the child as reference)

✓ Send us the child’s documents (immunization card & birth certificate copies)

✓ After receiving the documents will send link for online registration (apply only to new
clients).
05.
✓ After completing application online, we will issue the uniform for new clients.

Registration requires submission of the following:
1. All completed application forms (on-line)
2. All Payments for the program fees (January fees due before we open the preschool and fees are payable for 12 months)
3. New registration is required on an annual basis, or after any of the following:
Child withdraws from any of our programs
Completion of any of our programs
Absence of 6 months or more
4. Please request our Parents Handbook for program policies and procedures.
5. Provide in writing OR on system any previous history of communicable diseases, symptoms of ill health, conditions/instructions requiring medical/health attention, and if a
child is not in attendance at school within the meaning of the Education Act, immunization or any statement from a parent or legally qualified medical practitioner as to why the child should not be immunized.
